Children attending breakfast club must be escorted to the club entrance gate with their parent/carer.
The gate to the club will not open until 8.00am, therefore the staff are unable to take responsibility for children until they have been registered on the day.
No child is to be left alone whilst waiting for the club to open.
Our clubs are very popular and sometimes we will keep a waiting list.
We have a strict pupil:staff ratio which we adhere to, therefore it is always advisable to book your child into the clubs and not take the chance that there may be a space available.
Please be aware, that once a place has been booked we will only accept cancellations if the child is taken ill and is not in school.
Payment will be expected in all other circumstances please.
The breakfast club and after school club follow the school calendar as set out by Sholing Junior School. Inset Days and Polling Day are in the calendar on the home page. Please be aware that Sholing Junior School and Sholing Infant School try to have the same inset days to be make it easier for parents, but on occasions this is not always possible. If you are unsure please check with the club leaders.
Please see below our 2019-2020 Policies.
